The short version

Karloo’s tools run entirely inside your browser. The text, numbers and files you put into a tool are processed on your own device and are never sent to our servers.

What we do not collect

• Anything you type into a tool
• Files you open with a tool
• Results a tool produces for you
• Names, email addresses or payment details — there are no accounts yet

What we do collect

We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are visited and how quickly they load. This covers page URLs, referrer, rough country-level location, and device and browser type. It is not tied to an identity, and we do not build advertising profiles or sell data to anyone.

Local storage

Your light or dark theme preference is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site looks the same on your next visit. It stays on your device and is never transmitted. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Third parties

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request data such as IP address in order to serve pages and protect against abuse. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third-party font CDN.

Children

Karloo is a general-purpose utility site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

When accounts, payments or server-side tools are introduced, this policy will be updated before those features go live, and the date above will change.
